We have always heard that school life is the best, enjoy yourself till you are in school. A school is a building where the majority of my childhood spend a lot of time. A building that everyone misses after they've finally left.
I've been a part of Golden Earth Global School since kindergarten. My school life is all about the memories that I deeply cherish. It is full of different experiences.
Like a Stereotypical school going kid to the school in a school bus, I wake up at quarter to six in the morning, get fresh, wear school uniform, arrange my school bag according to the time table for the day and have a quick breakfast by 6:40 am. I reach the school at around 7:40 a.m. Then, next half an hour until we reach school is a time for chit- chat and discussions. We study four periods continuously until the lunch break at 11:00 a.m. It feels more like a games period than a lunch break. We play different games in the school garden. Basketball, Football and cricket are some of our favourites. After the break, we have to attend four more periods.
One hates school uniform while in school but when we will grow up we will realize how different it is to figure out what to wear each day. We are exploring new things daily because our school gives us different platforms to polish the skills according to our interests.
When we will start earning our livelihood, we will definitely miss this precious phase of our life. The longest known friendships are made during the school days. Homework is a thing which we hate the most but actually school life is so incomplete without it.
Apart from this schedule at school, the gossips with friends, hanging out at canteen, that fear of punishment when we'd forgotten to complete the homework, school trips, immature fights and innocent laughs hold a special place in my heart.
