With every passing day, the race to be fit and healthy becomes tough if you don’t know how to be healthy and fit with this busy life.In today’s competitive world, we are always stuck in other priorities apart from health and by the end of the day there is hardly any energy left for us to exercise.

1.Make it your priority:
•If you are not fit and healthy then you will never be happy with your professional, social and personal life. You will not be able to enjoy any of your accomplishment. Avoid keeping your diet and exercise as your last priority. If you are fit and healthy then you will become more efficient and productive.
2.Find ways to exercise:
• If you don’t have a single second to exercise then find ways to exercise in your daily routine of work. You can take stairs instead of an elevator.
3.Drink more and more water:
• Two cups of water a half hour before eating caused moderate weight loss after 12 weeks .Drinking water after you wake up,before eating lunch and dinner, is simplest thing you can do to improve your overall health.
4.Smaller bowls and plates but taller glasses
•A study conducted by the University of Cambridge found that by using smaller dishes, you can eat up to 29% less calories per day. The reason this happens is that our brain thinks that we are eating the same amount of food, but in reality, we are eating a smaller portion. Cornell University also found the larger the plate, the more likely that you were to overload it. They tested this theory with a buffet with two sizes of plates.
As said, Respect your body, its the only one you get." One should always prioritize his or her health. The word health Implies the state of being free from illness and gives the idea of being well. Health and Fitness both go hand in hand. Being healthy has a lot of advantages.
