Hi! Good Morning. I am Hiranya Kad, and the name of my topic is "Healthy Food vs Junk Food".
Life today is not like how it was before. People ate foods that are safe for their wellness. Nowadays, people are extremely busy. People don't have time to cook at home. That's why people prefer to eat food that is quickly cooked. Sometimes they do not think whether the food is good for health or not.
Foods can be classified into 2 types: Healthy Food and Junk Food.
Healthy Food: Healthy Food is essential for us. Eating fruits and vegetables can help lower blood pressure and may lower the risk of certain types of diseases such as diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure. People those eat food which has vitamins, proteins, iron and other vital nutrients, they will be free from diseases, and they can enjoy their life.
Junk Food: Junk food is of little nutritional value. Junk food generally contains high levels of calories, sugar, fat with fewer proteins, vitamins or minerals. Fast food is one of the easiest and cheapest ways of eating. Everyone should think twice before eating fast food. Junk food cause many serious diseases. Junk food is very easy to buy and cheap. But people would pay lakhs of rupees for the hospital bills.
It is important to eat healthy food. If we eat healthy food, then we can be mentally and physically fit without any tension of when to take medicines. At last, I would like to say "Eat Healthy Food, Live a Healthy Life".
